I have helped a lot of home owners work on their homes and after the project is completed I get the same response, "that was not as bad as I thought it would be." Projects are never started because the home owner has never been involved with a repair or remodel and, as the Phrase goes "we are afraid of what we do not know".

Step one; is to have a clear picture of what you want to do.

Look in magazines, my wife and I keep a stack of Victoria Magazines on hand just for the pictures of furniture, kitchen, bed and bathroom and other ideas
